Salito Beach respects your privacy. This notice explains what data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Who is responsible?

What data and why?

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), preferred date, number of guests and your message, used only to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible agreement.
• Security: IP address, browser, time and requested page are recorded in a security log to protect the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
• Statistics: only with your explicit consent, anonymously.

How long?

Requests are stored encrypted and deleted automatically after 180 days at most. The security log is kept for 12 months.

Who sees your data?

Only the Salito Beach team and our web partner Digital Studio, as processor for hosting and maintenance. We never sell your data or transfer it outside the EEA.

Your rights
